Sessions are typically about 50 minutes long.
How do I set up an appointment?

Call (901) 209-9454 for a free 15-minute consultation!

We’ll discuss your or your child’s struggles and your best path to success. During your initial call, we can also schedule your first appointment.

What age ranges do you work with?
I work with children (ages 3-17) and their families.
Do your clients receive assignments to work on in between sessions?

Treatment is individualized to each client. If it benefits you or your child by helping you reach your goals, then, yes, we can do some assignments outside of session!

My goal is to ensure each client gets the absolute most out of therapy!

What is your professional training and experience?

I’ve enjoyed working with children, teens, and their families for many years and within multiple treatment settings.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP).

I’m also a current Ph.D. student in the Counselor Education, Supervision, and Research program at the University of Memphis.

What animal will I be working with if I’m doing animal-assisted therapy?

Lyla! Lyla is a very friendly golden doodle. She is hypoallergenic and doesn’t shed. She has been a registered therapy dog for several years, providing services to children as young as one.

Lyla is also a “professor” at The University of Memphis, as she helps train counseling students in the graduate program.
